In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and maintenance requests. Additionally, you'll ensure that all our stores comply with local, national, and international regulations, including health and safety standards, environmental regulations, and data protection laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of 7 Eleven stores in Bali, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and maintenance requests.
• Implement and monitor security protocols to protect stores and assets, ensuring the safety of employees and customers.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations, including health and safety standards, environmental regulations, and data protection laws.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address maintenance and safety issues.
• Develop and maintain facility management and security policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to store managers and staff on facility management, security, and compliance best practices.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to facility management, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to ensure consistency and alignment with 7 Eleven's global standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Security, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, security, or compliance, with a focus on retail or similar environments.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple facilities or stores.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certifications in facility management, security, or compliance are a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
