📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the nickel mining site, ensuring efficient and safe production.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource extraction and minimize environmental impact.
• Manage the geology and resource team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to address technical challenges and improve processes.
• Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the company's sustainability initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in geology and resource management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing nickel mining operations.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations and environmental standards in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in using geology software such as Surpac, Vulcan, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental management systems (HSE).
• Ability to work in remote and challenging environments, including Halmahera Tengah.
