As a Professional Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with high quality and consistency.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.,Manage inventory and restock coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies as needed.,Assist in training and developing new baristas to maintain high standards of coffee quality.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
