As a Legal & Compliance Specialist at PT Leap Digital Indonesia, you will be responsible for reviewing and advising on legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing strategic guidance to the business. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into business processes, conduct risk assessments, and develop policies and procedures. Every day, you'll tackle real-world legal challenges, from contract negotiations to regulatory filings, using tools like Legalis, OneTrust, and Salesforce. You'll need to stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes, and your insights will directly support the company's mission to revolutionize digital payments in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and advise on legal matters to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
• Embed compliance into business processes and workflows.
• Provide strategic guidance to the business on legal and compliance matters.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to proactively address potential risks.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct due diligence on business partners and transactions.
• Ensure adherence to data protection and privacy regulations, such as PDPII and GDPR.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in the fintech or digital payment industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to, PDPII, OJK, and GDPR.
• Proficiency in using legal and compliance management software, such as Legalis, OneTrust, and Salesforce.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification as a Legal Professional (e.g., Advokat, Notaris) is a plus.
