📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct soil and environmental assessments to determine the feasibility of land reclamation projects.
- Develop and implement land reclamation plans using advanced software such as ArcGIS and AutoCAD.
- Monitor and manage land reclamation projects to ensure they meet environmental and project goals.
- Coordinate with local authorities, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and project milestones.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders and management.
- Stay updated with the latest environmental regulations and best practices in land reclamation.
- Train and mentor junior staff on land reclamation techniques and environmental best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land reclamation or environmental management.
- Proficiency in using ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainable practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
