📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Market and distribute Panin Dai-Ichi Life insurance products within Panin Bank branches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide customer education on insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with Panin Bank's sales teams to integrate our products into their offerings.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our bancassurance portfolio.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in financial products or insurance.
• Strong understanding of bancassurance and insurance products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Panin Bank's products and services is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP is a plus.
