📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and networking equipment, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide technical support to medical staff, ensuring that all computer systems and network infrastructure are functioning properly.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring that data is transmitted efficiently and securely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and networking issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect our network infrastructure and patient data.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware and networking technologies and best practices.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring that they are able to use our systems effectively.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of all hospital systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware and networking support.
• Certifications in networking technologies such as CCNA, MCSE, or similar are a plus.
• Strong understanding of hardware components and their functions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
