📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, employee records, and document management using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training programs and workshops.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR General Affairs or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HRGA or related fields is a plus.
