📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and networking equipment, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Provide technical support to medical staff, ensuring that all computer systems and network infrastructure are functioning properly.
- Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring that data is transmitted efficiently and securely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and networking issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Implement and manage security measures to protect our network infrastructure and patient data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware and networking technologies and best practices.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring that they are able to use our systems effectively.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of all hospital systems.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware and networking support.
- Certifications in networking technologies such as CCNA, MCSE, or similar are a plus.
- Strong understanding of hardware components and their functions.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with hospital information systems and healthcare IT standards.
