📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate and supervise cleaning services across multiple locations in Canggu
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Utilize SAP and Microsoft 365 to streamline operational processes and track performance metrics
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement training programs for cleaning staff to enhance service quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or cleaning services coordination
- Proven experience with SAP and Microsoft 365
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
