Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and expand FMCG brand partnerships on TikTok's eCommerce platform.,Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with FMCG brands to drive sales and engagement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign launches and executions.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and threats.,Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive business growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing FMCG brand accounts.,Strong understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using data analytics tools and software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
