📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow our social media presence on various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Create and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, and videos.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.,Monitor and analyze social media performance using various tools and metrics.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media activities and provide insights to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Creative and innovative thinker with a good eye for design.,Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
