📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax returns and filings for the organization.
  • Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Advise on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax-related reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff on tax-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address tax-related issues and concerns.
  • Ensure all tax-related documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning.
  • Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using tax software and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
