📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a consulting or related industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
