In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of our residential and commercial projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design and construction of residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and timelines.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.,Manage budgets and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement best practices in project management.,Mentor and train junior engineers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property development or related fields.,Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and standards.,Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Familiarity with CAD software and other relevant engineering tools is a plus.
