📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Assist in preparing and organizing sales materials, including product catalogs, presentations, and proposals.Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing customer inquiries.Assist in maintaining and updating the company's customer database and sales records.Support the sales team in preparing for client meetings and presentations, including gathering relevant information and preparing supporting materials.Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other related documents.Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the sales manager.Assist in the organization of sales events and trade shows.Support the sales team in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written).Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and time management skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team and independently.At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the maritime industry.Knowledge of maritime industry terms and concepts is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
