This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly by sourcing and procuring the necessary materials and supplies. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and procuring materials and supplies for the company.,Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.,Ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials.,Maintaining accurate records of purchases and inventory.,Monitoring market trends and prices to secure the best deals.,Collaborating with other departments to meet their procurement needs.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Providing regular reports on procurement activities and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of supply chain management is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.,Good understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.
