TechInnovate Indonesia is seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of our Point of Sale (POS) system tailored for UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Solo, Central Java. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in understanding the needs of our UMKM customers and translating them into innovative and user-friendly POS solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conduct market research to identify the needs and pain points of UMKM customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the POS system.
  • Monitor product performance and KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Represent TechInnovate Indonesia in industry events and conferences.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the POS and UMKM sectors.
  • Drive the adoption and usage of the POS system among UMKM customers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the POS or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the UMKM sector and its unique challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Passionate about technology and innovation.
