PT Maju Kencana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting and financial reporting processes of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
