Bold Leaf Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and friendly Junior Receptionist to join our team in Sanur, Bali. As a Junior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality and customer service, and wants to start their career in the industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome.,Check guests in and out, and assist with their check-in/check-out process.,Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.,Maintain the reception area by keeping it clean and tidy.,Assist with the front desk operations, including managing reservations and guest records.,Provide information about the hotel and its facilities to guests.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, and work to resolve them in a timely manner.,Assist with the organization and distribution of mail and packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Knowledge of basic computer skills and hotel management software.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
