📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue,Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients,Managing inventory and ensuring optimal stock levels,Training and mentoring junior sales staff,Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets,Promoting products and services through various marketing channels

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
