📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Drive sales growth through effective sales promotions and customer engagement.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.,Collaborate with the remote team to maintain a strong connection and streamline operations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Monitor store performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the retail industry.,Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote team collaboration tools.
