• Lead the Human Capital team in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives.
• Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring a skilled and diverse workforce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record in strategic HR initiatives.
• Certification in PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire the HR team.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
