📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and employee onboarding.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee orientation and training programs.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts.,Support the HR department in compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
