As a Fleet Quality & Operations Associate at Private Advertiser, you'll be responsible for monitoring and optimizing fleet performance, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. With a strong focus on data-driven decision making, you'll leverage tools like SAP and Excel to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and optimize fleet performance using SAP and Excel.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Implement corrective actions based on data analysis and feedback from operations teams.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and support to fleet operations teams on quality standards and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet performance and quality metrics using SAP and Excel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet operations or quality assurance.
• Proven experience with SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related quality management program is a plus.
• Familiarity with fleet maintenance and repair processes.
