As an Experienced Production Engineer, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. You will utilize industry-standard tools such as SAP and MES systems to monitor and analyze production data, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing corrective actions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze production data using SAP and MES systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues.
• Provide technical support and training to production personnel.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to eliminate waste and improve process flow.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production engineering or a similar role in the automotive or electronics industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and MES systems.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proven track record of optimizing production processes and improving efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
