• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance and development.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
• Develop and update training materials using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Moodle.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve training programs.
• Collaborate with HR and management to align training programs with organizational goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee development.
• Mentor and coach employees to support their professional growth.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with e-learning platforms like Moodle is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR best practices.
