📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and attracting potential candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and scheduling of interviews.
• Work closely with the Recruitment Specialist to maintain a talent pool.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
