Sentosa Building is looking for a Deputy HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in managing HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, including training and development programs.,Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document preparation and data entry.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis for management.,Support the HR Manager in managing HR budgets and coordinating with external HR service providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and NPWP (Tax Identification Number).
