You'll work closely with our technical support team and banking partners to ensure a smooth customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and analyze ATM transactions in real-time using tools like ATMOS or similar monitoring systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot ATM issues, collaborating with technical support teams and banking partners.
- Ensure the smooth operation of ATMs by resolving hardware and software problems promptly.
- Provide technical support to ATM operators and customers, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Document and report on ATM performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of ATM transactions and incidents for audit purposes.
- Participate in on-call duties to address urgent ATM issues outside of regular business hours.
- Stay updated with the latest ATM technologies and industry best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ATM operations, monitoring, or a similar role.
- Certification in ATM operations or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ATM monitoring software such as ATMOS, NCR, or Diebold.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
