Salon Hana Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Sales Counter to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in our sales counter, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our dental clinic. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with inquiries and purchases at the sales counter.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.,Maintain and organize the sales counter area, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.,Promote our dental services and products to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Assist with any additional tasks as required by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with physical tasks.
