Home Life Jaya is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the preparation and distribution of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Assist in the organization and management of employee benefits and leave policies.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR-related projects and initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all HR documents are properly filed and stored.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and employee benefits.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

HR Information System (HRIS) knowledge is a plus.Basic knowledge of payroll software is a plus.Experience with recruitment software is a plus.
