Gold Express Dinamis is looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct HR training and development activities for employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis.,Support the HR team in any other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
