📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily unit operations, including production, assembly, and distribution processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Manage and maintain documentation related to manufacturing and logistics processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing and logistics environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with quality control and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
