Based in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Raya, you'll work closely with our team to maintain and enhance our IT systems, supporting our mission to deliver high-quality aluminum products and services.

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and troubleshooting of our IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases. You'll work with tools like VMware, Cisco, and Microsoft System Center to ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain server and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software, including servers, workstations, and networking devices.
• Manage and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from threats.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan, implement, and maintain IT projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, and conduct regular audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong background in server and network administration.
• Certifications in IT infrastructure, such as Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or VMware VCP-DCV.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
