📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate import processes from vendors to final delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and import documentation.
• Handle customs clearance, including filing necessary documents and paying duties.
• Monitor import schedules and manage inventory levels using SAP and Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of import transactions and generate reports as required.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in import logistics.
• Provide support to the logistics team in resolving any import-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in import operations or related roles.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and import procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and clean driving record.
