📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage high-performing ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and optimize ad performance using data analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
• Create and implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align ad strategies with business objectives.
• Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
• Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns and driving measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
