📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead M&A activities, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and negotiation.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present strategic recommendations to the board of directors.
- Manage a team of corporate development professionals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business expansion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategic initiatives with operational goals.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions and strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Indonesian business culture and regulations.
